富士山吉田ルートのチケットについて、台風接近のため富士スバルラインは9月5日（金）午前0時00分から全線通行止めとなります。

これにより9月4日(木)～9月5日（金）に予約をしており、未着券のお客様（現地受付で五合目ゲートを通過していない方）につきましては、チケットのキャンセル返金とさせていただきます。

※9月5日（金）分につきまして、これから五合目ゲートを通過する方はキャンセル返金の対象外となります。

Due to an approaching typhoon, the Fuji Subaru Line will be fully closed to all traffic from 0:00 AM on Friday, September 5.

​

As a result, tickets will be canceled and refunded for customers who have reservations for Thursday, September 4, and Friday, September 5, and have not yet passed through the 5th Station gate (i.e., have not checked in on-site).

​

Please Note: For tickets dated Friday, September 5, anyone who has already passed through the 5th Station gate is not eligible for a cancellation and refund.

We will send a separate email to all eligible customers with further instructions at a later date, as soon as the arrangements for the refunds are complete. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience until you receive our email.
